Papua New Guinea is experiencing an increase in diabetes, especially type 2. According to the statistics in PNG, most people do not know they have it until they have complications such as foot ulcers, blindness and other symptoms.

In support for the upcoming World Diabetes Day on November 14, Seven Mile Medical Center will conduct its 1st Medical Mission at Vision City Mega Mall from 26th of October to 10th of November, from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. They will be located at the New Wing, in front of Brian Bell and Cuppa. Services would be Free Blood Sugar Test and Free Blood Pressure Check-up. Everyone is invited to come!
